Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets the rules for using Sayble. It is part of our Terms of Service. Using Sayble means you agree to it.

You must

  • Comply with all laws that apply to your conversations, including recording-consent, wiretapping, and privacy laws in every applicable jurisdiction.
  • Obtain any consent required before recording, transcribing, or processing a conversation.
  • Use Sayble honestly and professionally.

You must not

  • Use Sayble to deceive, defraud, impersonate, or harm others.
  • Use Sayble to cheat on exams, academic assessments, or any process where assistance is prohibited by the rules that govern it.
  • Record or process conversations without required consent.
  • Use Sayble for harassment, hate, threats, or illegal activity.
  • Attempt to breach security, access other users' data, reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent limits or entitlements.
  • Upload malware, or content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Resell or share your access in violation of your plan.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Report abuse to abuse@trysayble.com.
