Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets the rules for using Sayble. It is part of our Terms of Service. Using Sayble means you agree to it.

You must

Comply with all laws that apply to your conversations, including recording-consent, wiretapping, and privacy laws in every applicable jurisdiction.
Obtain any consent required before recording, transcribing, or processing a conversation.
Use Sayble honestly and professionally.

You must not

Use Sayble to deceive, defraud, impersonate, or harm others.
Use Sayble to cheat on exams, academic assessments, or any process where assistance is prohibited by the rules that govern it.
Record or process conversations without required consent.
Use Sayble for harassment, hate, threats, or illegal activity.
Attempt to breach security, access other users' data, reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent limits or entitlements.
Upload malware, or content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
Resell or share your access in violation of your plan.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Report abuse to abuse@trysayble.com.
