Privacy Policy

Effective September 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Perez Capital Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Sayble", "we"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Service. We aim to collect only what we need to run Sayble well and keep your account private.

On this page 1. Information we collect 2. How we use information 3. AI processing 4. Who we share with 5. Data retention 6. Your rights & choices 7. Security 8. International transfers 9. Children 10. Changes & contact

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), and language preference.
  • Billing information: subscription status and billing metadata. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage information: product analytics such as sign-ups, feature usage, and performance/error data, plus device and browser information.
  • Conversation & AI inputs: the text, transcripts, screen snapshots, and reference material you provide so Sayble can assist you, and the AI outputs it generates.
  • Support & applications: information you submit through contact, beta, or creator forms.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and secure the Service.
  • To generate real-time AI assistance for you.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To provide support and respond to your requests.
  • To measure and improve reliability and product quality.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private conversation content to train third-party foundation models.

3. AI processing

To generate suggestions, the conversation context you provide is sent to AI model providers that process it on our behalf to return a response. We minimize what is sent to what is needed for the feature you use. We do not record your full private conversations for analytics. AI output can be inaccurate — see our AI Disclosure.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Sayble, under contracts that limit their use of it:

  • Cloud hosting — the servers that run the Sayble backend and process your conversation content in transit. Our infrastructure is operated on dedicated servers we control at a commercial hosting provider.
  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting, in Canada.
  • Stripe — payment processing and billing.
  • AI model providers — currently NVIDIA (NIM API), Groq, and Cerebras — to generate real-time suggestions and transcription from the context you provide. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use your content to train their models under our usage terms. The active provider list may change; this page reflects the current set.
  • Email delivery — to send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. Every account is isolated; we do not share your data with other users.

5. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, conversations, generated content, and settings. Certain records we are legally required to keep — such as billing and accounting records — are retained for the period required by law even after account deletion. We do not claim that absolutely everything can always be erased where retention is legally required.

6. Your rights and choices

  • Access & update: view and edit your profile in Account settings.
  • Delete: permanently delete your account and data from Account → Privacy, subject to the retention rules above.
  • Export: request a copy of your data by contacting privacy@trysayble.com.
  • Marketing: we send transactional emails necessary to operate your account; any marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), including the rights to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. To exercise any right, contact privacy@trysayble.com.

7. Security

We protect your data with technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), account isolation enforced at the database layer (row-level security), server-side authorization, secure secret management, rate limiting, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim the Service is "unhackable"; we work continuously to protect your information.

8. International data transfers

We are a United States company. Our primary database, which holds your account and conversation data, is hosted in Canada (our database provider's Central Canada region). Other infrastructure and service providers may process data in the United States and in the European Union. Canada is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, and where personal data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where they apply. If we change the region where your data is stored, we will update this page.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy and will post the new version with an updated date; for material changes we will provide notice where required. Contact our privacy team at privacy@trysayble.com.
