Use case · Zoom & Google Meet

A real-time AI assistant for Zoom and Google Meet.

Sayble runs as a small window on your Mac or Windows desktop, next to the Zoom or Google Meet call you are already on. It listens to the conversation and shows you one line to say next while the other person is still talking. It never joins the meeting, so there is no bot, no extra attendee and nothing for anyone to approve.

One full 5-minute live session free, no card. Mac & Windows.

Works next to the call you already use

Zoom

Open Sayble beside Zoom. It listens to the call and shows the line to say next, plus a backup.

Google Meet

Same setup for Meet in your browser. Nothing to install in Meet and nothing to add to the invite.

Microsoft Teams

Teams meetings work the same way, on Mac and Windows.

Slack huddles

Huddles are covered too, so quick internal calls get the same help.

Phone calls

Put the call on speaker next to your computer and Sayble hears both sides.

Your language

English, Spanish and eight more languages, detected automatically from the conversation.

Why "no meeting bot" matters

Most meeting AI tools send a bot into the call. It shows up in the participant list, someone has to let it in, and some clients simply say no. Sayble works the other way: it runs on your computer and shows suggestions on your screen only.

  • Not a participant. It doesn't join the meeting, speak for you or send anything on its own.
  • Nothing to install in Zoom or Meet. No plugin, no app marketplace, no admin approval.
  • You stay in control. Use the line, adapt it or ignore it.

Follow the recording and consent rules where you and the other people are. Sayble doesn't change them.

What it looks like mid-call

Sayble shows the other person's latest point, then one line you can say out loud and a backup. It's short on purpose: you're talking, not reading.

Illustrative example — written to show the format, not a transcript of a real call
Customer

"Can you walk me through how this fits what we already have?"

Sayble

"Happy to. Which part of your current setup costs you the most time today?"

Backup

"Before I show anything: what would make this call a win for you?"

Set it up in five steps

  1. Download SaybleFree for Mac and Windows. Sign in or create your account inside the app.
  2. Create a Mode for this kind of callA Mode is a custom copilot setup. Give it a name and describe your goal on the call in a sentence.
  3. Load your materialUpload your deck, pricing sheet or notes (PDF, DOCX, CSV or text) so suggestions sound like your offer.
  4. Join your call as usualStart a session, then join Zoom or Google Meet. Sayble sits in a small pill on your screen.
  5. Send the follow-upWhen you hang up, check the recap and the drafted follow-up email, edit, and send.

After the call

  • Recap: what was decided, the objection that stuck, and what you promised to send.
  • Follow-up email: drafted from the real transcript, in the language of the call, ready to edit and send.
  • Memory: ask across past calls, e.g. "which objection came up most this week?"

Honest limits

  • Sayble suggests; you decide. AI suggestions can be wrong or off-tone, so treat them as a prompt, not a script.
  • It's built to stay off most screen shares, which depends on your operating system and isn't a guarantee. Do a test share before an important call.
  • It doesn't sync to your CRM today. Paste the recap where your team keeps notes.
  • Desktop only for now: Mac and Windows. A mobile app is coming soon.
