The short answer
Load your own material into a Sayble Mode: pricing sheets, FAQs, decks, playbooks, PDFs and CSVs. During a live call, Sayble hears the question and writes one line to say from that material, plus a backup. It only knows what you loaded and what was said, and it can be wrong, so check numbers before you say them.
The answer is in a PDF you cannot open mid-call
A prospect asks whether Pro includes onboarding, how you price seats, or whether you integrate with a tool you have never heard of. The answer exists: it is on slide 14, in the pricing sheet, in the FAQ you wrote last quarter. You cannot search for it while someone waits for your reply. That gap, between what your material says and what you can say in the moment, is what this use case is for.
What you can load
- Pitch decks and one-pagers
- Pricing sheets and rate cards
- FAQs and objection notes
- Sales playbooks and call scripts
- Spec sheets and integration notes
- PDFs and CSVs
You build a Mode per role or per offer, so a new hire can start with the knowledge of your best closer. File size and count limits are not published yet; test your largest files on the free session before you rely on them.
What it looks like mid-call
Three situations, each with one line to say plus a backup. The example below is illustrative, not a recording.
They ask: “Does the Pro plan include onboarding?”
Sayble shows: a single speakable line using the onboarding terms in your pricing sheet, and a shorter backup if you need one.
- A price question: the line uses the prices and terms in the sheet you loaded.
- “Do you integrate with X?” the line uses your integration notes, or says you will confirm if the material does not cover it.
- A technical question on a demo: the line uses your spec sheet or FAQ.
What it will not do
- It can be wrong. It can misread a document or suggest a line that does not fit. Read it before you say it.
- It only knows what you loaded and what was said on the call. It does not verify your numbers.
- No CRM or database lookups today. Sayble does not sync to a CRM.
- No promise of accuracy or outcomes. It is an assistant, not an authority.
Keep your Modes accurate
- One Mode per offer or role, so the line is not pulled from the wrong price list.
- Remove outdated files when your pricing or terms change, and date the files you load.
- Put the numbers you must never get wrong in one clearly labelled document.
- Test a Mode on a practice call before you use it on a live one.
Versus a chat tab, and versus other copilots
A general chat assistant in another tab knows the internet, not your offer, and nobody can write a prompt mid-call. Sayble runs during the call and is grounded in what you loaded.
Document grounding is not unique to Sayble. SalesGhost lists a knowledge base (2 documents on its free plan, 250 on Personal, 1,000 on Teams) and battle cards; Cluely lists file uploads (up to 3 on its free Starter plan, unlimited on Pro). Compare how each handles your own files on one real call. See Sayble vs Cluely and pricing compared.

Frequently asked questions
Can an AI show answers from my own documents during a live call?
Yes. In Sayble you load your own material into a Mode, and during a live call it writes the line to say from that material rather than from generic internet knowledge. SalesGhost and Cluely also list document uploads, so compare how each handles them on one real call.
What file types can Sayble use?
Our product notes list pitch decks, pricing sheets, FAQs, sales playbooks, PDFs and CSVs. Check the file picker in the app for the exact formats it accepts today, and test your largest files on the free session. We have not published file size or count limits.
Does Sayble answer technical questions on demo calls?
It can, if the answer is in the material you loaded or in what was said on the call. Load your spec sheets, integration notes and FAQ into a Mode for your demo calls, and verify any technical claim before you repeat it.
Will it make up answers that are not in my documents?
It can. Sayble is grounded in what you load, but any AI can misread a document, miss a detail or suggest a line that is wrong. Check prices, dates and commitments before you say them.
Where do my uploaded files go?
Uploaded material is used to ground answers inside your account. How data is stored and processed, including the AI providers involved, is described on our privacy page and security page.
